Meet Kathy Endsley
Kathy volunteered to give us a hand in the kitchen today and we had a job for her in our packaging department. In this photo she’s putting the last serving of pulled chicken into a deli container. After that, we add a little extra sauce and then snap the lid onto the container and get them into the refrigerator to wait for delivery. In this case, the deliveries are scheduled for tomorrow. We’ll be making the rounds to the St, Louis County Police Department – Jennings Precinct (all the way across the river) and the Cottleville Police Department right here in St. Charles County. Make sure to check back with us about those deliveries.
Kathy has a heart for service and is a long-time volunteer with our mission partner, Waypoint Church. If you notice in the photograph, she even has her own personalized apron as a volunteer with Waypoint’s, “Young at Heart” Ministry – they do a lot of cooking!
