We handpick the fresh peppers that we use in our FAMOUS Beans (Pitmaster Ben sniffs out the best ones). Most mornings, we stop at Schnucks before we head into our kitchen and that’s where we meet these two guys. Ron and Mike are couple of friendly faces and always encouraging of Crossed Heart BBQ’s mission in the community. SHOUT OUT to Ron and Mike, you’re a great start to our day!
