Dominic or just, “Dom” recently graduated from High School and, of course, his folks threw him a big party and since they’re in the Crossed Heart “family” we were pleased make a load of BBQ for them. Dom didn’t just sit back and let all that happen, he put on the apron and spent the day in the kitchen with us, learning how to make a brisket. He was an intern – but just for a day. Dom’s headed to college this fall and tells us that he plans use his A+ Scholarship to knock out the “basics” St. Charles Community College and will decide later where to finish up.
