Be Like Jim!
Jim and Karen Guglielmo are friends of Crossed Heart BBQ and among the very first donors to the non-profit. Jim recently had to retire is 25 year old Weber Kettle and made the upgrade to a shiny, new Kamado Joe. This weekend Jim’s tackling a pork shoulder for his first long smoke. He said he was feeling nervous about it – but Crossed Heart BBQ’s 24 Hr Emergency Response Team is standing by to help.
