Keep it CLEAN – Do it RIGHT... just like mom, said. She’s in heaven now but I think about her every time we spend the extra time to do it right. I am so grateful for her. She never knew anything about Crossed Heart BBQ or our mission to serve – but she’s on the team, in spirit. I love you, mom.
We’re also grateful to all the great folks at Chapel of the Cross Lutheran Church – St. Peters for loaning us their wonderful kitchen – allowing us to keep on our mission. Thank you, so much!
