We made our way down to see our friends, Tim and Mark at the Blues Hog Warehouse in Washington, MO and to pick up a big load of sauce. What a crew down there! They have wall-to-wall trophies and are defending champs at Memphis in May – the Super Bowl of BBQ Competitions! These guys are PROs and they helped us get Crossed Heart BBQ started with a lot of good advice and a Gateway Drum Smoker.
If you didn’t all ready know it, we exclusively use Blues Hog products and we go through a LOT of their sauce. Please check out their line of sauces and rubs – available in more-and-more grocery stores, nationwide.
Finally, we didn’t go there empty-handed and we were pleased to light up the whole crew with some of our Famous Beans. We sure didn’t hear any complaints!
